Qualification and Experience:
At least Second-Class BS Degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized University with five (5) years’ experience as Personal Assistant in Government, autonomous, semi-autonomous bodies; one-year diploma in computer science or DIT; 100 word per minute in shorthand; and 40 word per minute in typing test in English.
