Ph.D. in Agriculture Economics/ Economics from a University recognized by the HEC. (ii) Thirteen (13) years post qualification experience of Agriculture Policy Planning and Analysis. OR (i) M. Phil in Agriculture Economics/ Economics from a University recognized by the HEC. (ii) Fifteen (15) years post qualification experience of Agriculture Policy Planning and Analysis.
