Qualification and Experience:
Master in Commerce, Business Administration (Finance), CA/ACCA part qualified or any other equivalent degree from any recognized institution..
10 years of experience in relevant field. Preparation of Budget NIS of the project • Preparation and submission of bills to AGPR and collection of cheques/ payments thereof • Preparation of quarterly release of funds, quarterly reviews etc. as required by the MPD&SI • Reconciliation of monthly expenditure with AGPR • Preparation of cost estimates/ summary of the project as and when required. Undertake and assist in the recording and processing of invoices, receipts and payments as required and instructed in the absence of Admin Officer • Administer the petty cash system in the absence of Admin Officer • Any other tasks assigned by PD.
