Qualification and Experience:
Graduate with expertise in use of application software.
5-10 years of experience in relevant field. Expertise in MS office. Reading, monitoring and responding to email / mail, • Answering calls and handling queries • Preparing correspondence for Project Director • Managing Project Director Calendar • Organizing meetings • Organizing travel and preparing complex travel itineraries • Taking dictation • Conducting research on the internet • Assembling papers for meetings • Managing and reviewing filing and office systems • Typing documents • Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment • Any other tasks assigned by PD.
