Qualification and Experience:

Graduate degree in journalism, mass media or related fields

Minimum 5 years of demonstrable prior experience in photographing and recording similar projects/activities along with technical competence in advanced software. Take good quality photos, videos and video interviews; • Manage efficient post-production process and produce high-quality photos and video products; • Know and apply the technical aspects of lenses, film, filters, light and camera settings to each shot • Good quality still photos from the field visits and events for website, social media and publications etc. Closely working with the communications team, produce videos/short videos for website and social media using the footages collected from the field visits and events • Produce short video interviews for social media and website; • Produce photo essays, photos stories, photo books • Raw photos and video footages should be handed over to the communications team • Any other tasks assigned by PD.
