Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor's/16 years education (MA/MSc) in relevant discipline such as: Accounting Finance Business Administration Public Policy Public Administration Economics Commercial & Corporate Law Engineering CA/ACCA/CFA or higher qualification Experience: Minimum 8 years (government/PPP/donor-funded project experience), including 3 years in: PPP project identification Selection Preparation Appraisal Other stages of PPP project cycle Sector Specific Knowledge (Preferred): CP3P PMP or other equivalent Project Management certification
